When someone is in need, the answer is always yes!

Thank you again for your generosity and I am so grateful for your continued support of our mission through this difficult time. Because of your donation and hundreds like it, Caring for Friends has delivered more than 15,000 boxes of food to needy families every week. Your generosity has helped feed the hungry when they needed it most. Through thoughtful stewardship and planning, and a heroic workforce of volunteers, we came together over the past year to fight food insecurity in an inconceivable and miraculous way.

Following the challenges of 2020, we are thrilled to have such incredible support from our entire community. Last year we delivered over 12 million pounds of food to our elderly disabled and veterans. Your gift is the reason that this is possible. As a past supporter, you know that Caring for Friends is committed to serving the entire five-county greater Philadelphia areas to include Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia in every neighborhood where there is a need for food. Because of you, our partners and our volunteers, we build strong communities where families can thrive.

The need, however, is not over, and in fact, it appears to be growing at an even faster rate. We are asking for your help to continue providing food and friendship to our community. Would you be agreeable to increasing your gift from last year to help Caring for Friends distribute food to homebound seniors, disabled, veterans, kids and families in need, the homeless and those in shelters ? Donors like you make it possible for Caring for Friends to distribute food to over 100,000 households monthly through our partnership with food pantries, and to home deliver over 5,500 senior meals.

Every dollar donated to Caring for Friends generates more than $6.00 in free meals and service to those in need.

-A donation of $250 makes it possible to deliver food to over 2500 seniors.

-A donation of $150 fills freezers with ready to heat senior meals.

-A donation of $75 buys one week of groceries for fifty families.

-A donation of $25 buys snack bags for 200 kids.

P.S. Can we count on your support to help us continue to provide food and friendship to our neighbors?
